Building a Sustainable Future with AI and Human-Centric Digital Innovation: Successful Delivery of the Second Generation Community-in-Action-School on Industry 5.0

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our second Community-in-Action School! Over the course of an inspiring week, participants from diverse academic, professional, and cultural backgrounds came together to explore the theme “Building a Sustainable Future with AI and Human-Centric Digital Innovation.”

Held alongside the international ITIS Conference, the program offered a dynamic blend of expert-led workshops, hands-on project work, and interactive discussions. Participants engaged with cutting-edge topics such as AI-driven automation, collaborative robotics, human-machine interaction, and sustainable production practices, all within the broader vision of Industry 5.0.

A key part of the program encouraged students to identify real-world challenges within their local, national, or European environments and propose meaningful, human-centered solutions. By the end of the week, participants had not only deepened their understanding of the Industry 5.0 framework but also developed innovative concepts that bridge technological advancement with human well-being and societal impact.

Uspešen zaključek druge generacije šole skupnosti v akciji o industriji 5.0

Z veseljem sporočamo, da smo uspešno zaključili našo drugo šolo Community-in-Action! Udeleženci z različnih strokovnih, akademskih in kulturnih področij so se skozi navdihujoč teden poglabljali v temo »Gradnja trajnostne prihodnosti z umetno inteligenco in človeku prijaznimi digitalnimi inovacijami«.

Program, ki je potekal vzporedno z mednarodno konferenco ITIS, je ponudil raznoliko kombinacijo strokovno vodenih delavnic, praktičnega projektnega dela in interaktivnih razprav. Udeleženci so raziskovali ključna področja, kot so avtomatizacija, podprta z umetno inteligenco, kolaborativna robotika, interakcija med človekom in strojem ter trajnostne proizvodne prakse, vse v okviru širše vizije Industrije 5.0.

Poseben poudarek programa je bil na spodbujanju študentov, da prepoznajo izzive v lokalnem, nacionalnem ali evropskem okolju ter oblikujejo smiselne, človeku prijazne rešitve. Ob zaključku tedna so udeleženci ne le poglobili razumevanje okvira Industrije 5.0, temveč tudi razvili inovativne koncepte, ki povezujejo tehnološki napredek z dobrobitjo ljudi in družbe.
